TED Conference

For nine consecutive years, Tom Hennes created the iconic sets for the internationally-celebrated annual TED Conference. The ever-evolving look of the conference was an enormous collaboration that involved TED Curator Chris Anderson, the Thinc studio, associate set designer Ziska Childs, and a large production team within the TED organization and community. As TED increasingly become oriented toward the video audience, our design work responded with an ever-greater emphasis on how the conference felt on camera, while continuing to support the TED speakers and offer an extraordinary experience to the live audience.
